Refund policy

This is the current HandoffLab launch refund policy. It is written to reduce checkout friction while staying honest about the fact that self-serve billing controls are not live yet.

Initial purchase refunds

First-time monthly or yearly subscription purchases may be requested for refund within 14 days of the initial charge if the current HandoffLab launch version is not a fit for your workflow.

Refund requests should explain the problem briefly and include the email address used at checkout so the payment can be located.

Renewals and non-refundable cases

Renewal charges, repeat refunds, and partial-period usage are generally not refundable once the relevant billing period has started, except where required by law or when a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred.

Hosted checkout and billing-provider fees do not change the product boundary: refunds are for access to the current launch version, not for promised future features.

How to cancel

Self-serve cancellation controls are not live yet. To cancel a paid plan before the next renewal, use the support path below.

Email support@handofflab.com from the same address used for checkout or workspace access.

When possible, send cancellation requests before the next renewal date so the request can be processed before another charge.
